Middle School: Beach Day
August 28th, 2018
City Youth Jr. High is doing a day camp in Florence, Oregon! Come ready for beach games, exploring old town, and taking time to discover more about how God sees us and others. We will be eating lunch and dinner at restaurants in Old Town as well. The cost is $35 per student, and that covers gas for the trip, lunch, and dinner. Drop off at the church at 10am and pickup at 9pm

MOMSnext is a division of MOPS International but is meant to meet the needs of the mothers of school-aged children. Despite the overload of information accessible to us, we do not always know where to turn to get answers.
Our littles are no longer bitty and we can finally lift our heads (maybe for only a few minutes at a time), to find that the rest of the world is still out there and has more to offer than we’ve been taking advantage of in the past few years. We want to maximize this phase of parenting. Whether learning to read or learning to drive, our children need us in different ways now. As MOMSnext moms, we’re adjusting our parenting as our kids grow. As this phase of parenting flexes and changes, other parts do also. Marriage, career, faith and recreation all start to look different. MOMSnext is a meeting structure intended to meet moms in this place – in the carpool line, library checkout and the grocery register. MOMSnext is geared specifically to the mom past the preschool years, but still in full parenting mode.
Join us in classroom 1 at Springfield Faith Center. We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays, September through May for relevant topics of discussion and fellowship, hot coffee and light brunch.

Here at MOPS, we gather moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. That’s why we rally women, in their own neighborhoods, to help them become more brave, kind and honest, one gathering at a time.
So, whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom or seventh-time mom, you are welcome here. Whether you are an adoptive mom, young mom, seasoned mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome here. Whether you prefer to meet with other moms in a coffee shop, church, park, living room or video chat, we have something for you.
Join us in the Family Room at Springfield Faith Center. We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays, September through May for relevant topics of discussion, hot coffee, brunch and fellowship!
Women's Fall Study
October 9th - November 20th, 2018
We hide behind the hum of busyness to escape intimate friendships with the women God has placed in our lives. But we do want authentic relationships. Friendship can be hard, making new friends even harder, and maintaining genuine friendship the hardest of all. So instead of chasing perfection, overcome your fear of being known and find the courage to connect.
